The Create, Adapt, Sustain project equips professionals in the cultural and creative industries—along with practitioners applying creative skills in other sectors—with the knowledge, tools and networks to navigate what’s next. Through a broad, free programme spanning digital and creative skills, leadership and collaborative foresight, we support sustainable ways of working and help participants thrive in a rapidly changing world.

It also offers a professional context and community, where participants can expand their networks and gain insights together and from each other.

Free Courses and Classes

Through a mix of short classes, in‑depth training programmes and international exchanges, participants build practical skills in digitalisation, AI and emerging technologies. We offer free trainings to develop futures thinking and strategic foresight, grow your network, and learn from peers regionally and internationally. We also make space for conversations on ethics, sustainability and democratic values—encouraging a critical, conscious approach to the ongoing digital transition.

  • To be able to attend in the trainings you need to be employed or self-employed (freelance)
  • You need to be connected to Swedish organizational number and personal number
  • You also have to be based in Skåne.

Events and Seminars

Events and seminars are held continuously to highlight themes related to the projects purpose and core. They are always free to attend for everyone and you can re-visit them afterwards in our archive.
