How can your creative practice grow beyond national borders? What support is available for international collaborations? And what makes an EU-funded project not only successful, but sustainable?
This hands-on workshop gives you a full walkthrough of the internationalisation process – from understanding the policy landscape to structuring a strong EU application. You’ll explore the opportunities (and pitfalls) of working across borders, and provide practical tools to build partnerships, write proposals and identify the funding schemes that match your ambitions.
Throughout the day, you’ll work both individually and in groups with real-life cases and exercises designed to strengthen your skills, expand your network and prepare you for future collaborations. The class is presented in collaboration with STPLN, a hub for the independent culture and creative scene in Malmö, and the surrounding region.
This class is aimed at employed or freelance professionals within cultural and creative fields in Skåne, looking to strengthen their skills in applying for EU funding and building international collaborations. No previous experience with international projects is required, but it's useful if you have an idea or case to work with through out the workshop.
As a EU specialist, capacity builder and internationalisation expert, Chrissie Faniadis offers customised strategies and solutions to private and public entities, non-profit organisations and institutions who seek to navigate the complex EU world.
