Futures

9.30 am — 12 pm
We invite the curious to explore and challenge possible futures of human collaboration at work. In this workshop, you’ll encounter draft futures scenarios developed by the Core Group of our ongoing Collaborative Foresight cycle on Futures of Human Collaboration and AI.
Together, we’ll visit these possible futures and examine what they could mean for relationships, trust, communication, coordination, knowledge-sharing and decision-making at work. What assumptions are we making? Whose perspectives are missing? And what consequences might we have overlooked? You will be learning about possible futures of human collaboration and AI through critiquing and discussing these draft scenarios. At the same time, your perspectives and constructive critique will help the Core Group challenge their thinking and further develop the scenarios before the final stage of the process. We welcome people from different sectors, professions and types of workplaces. You might already be working actively with AI, be experiencing how it is beginning to affect your work or organisation or bring a perspective that you think is missing from current conversations about AI and work. No AI expertise is. required.
The workshop will be facilitated by Media Evolution’s Foresight Lead, Reeta Hafner.
Participation is free of charge, but seats are limited, so sign up in advance.
