Prices and cancellation policy
Half day (8-12, 13-17, 18-22): 3,850 SEK + vat
Full day (8-17): 5,500 SEK + vat
Full day + evening (8-22): 6,875 SEK + vat
Media Evolution tenants receive a 40% discount, and members of Media Evolution get a 25% discount.
For cancellations made 2 weeks before the event, 50% of the rental fee will be charged. If cancelled within 1 week of the event, 100% of the fee applies. Additional charges for staff may apply during evenings and weekends.
For larger bookings (multiple rooms or extended days), our cancellation policy and fees may vary. Please contact us for customised terms.
Catering for your meeting
Restaurant Varv offers catering for all our meeting rooms, including coffee, tea, pastries from their own bakery, and meals. You can view the catering suggestions for inspiration. Ahead of your meeting or event, the restaurant manager will reach out to discuss and tailor the catering as needed.
