CoSkill
CoSkill is a collaborative project between Region Skåne and Region Blekinge and is funded by the European Social Fund with the aim of linking skill development initiatives to the ongoing digital structural transformation – which is now further accelerated by the Corona crisis. The project kicks off during fall 2020.
CoSkill will offer training for business leaders and employees in four different focus areas that range from general digital competence – which allows all employees to use new technology in their daily work – to the technical cutting edge competence needed to develop and implement new technology.
The target group is: notified, laid off or employed persons in the private sector, mainly in small and medium-sized companies – regardless of the form of employment and the length of employment. The efforts should strengthen their position in the labor market.
