ONLINE MEETINGS
What? Book one of our meeting rooms and use our conference camera for free. Works great for board meetings, project meetings and workshops when you have participants in different parts of the country or world. With the camera’s wide angle lens you can easily see everyone in the room.

Best suited for: Semi virtual board meetings, work meetings, project meetings etc (maximum 10 participants on site)

WEBINARS AND WORKSHOPS
What? Host a webinar with professional equipment in one of Media Evolution City’s meeting rooms!
In this deal you will get access to a professional setting with great sound and recording equipment. You will also have a personal technical moderator who will help you out with your virtual meeting. In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to record your meeting or/and livestream it.
Included:
- Spacious meeting room
- Technical moderator (moderating your virtual meeting online)
- 1 Computer + 1 Video camera
- Access to online “break out rooms”
- Video recording (optional)
Best suited for: Online seminars, round table conversations and workshops (maximum 20 participants on site, 500 online)
Price from: Half day 22 000 SEK/ Full day 32 000 SEK (excl. VAT)
Add-ons: Speaker coaching (how to talk in front of a camera), help designing your meeting (choose the right format and content) and video editing.
FULLY VIRTUAL
No need for a meeting room, but help in designing your virtual meeting/webinar/conference?
You have all the equipment you need, a nice location and a loose idea… but haven’t really figured out how to make it happen. We gotcha! We’ve been organizing a lot of virtual events this Spring and have plenty of ideas and experience on which formats to use and when.
