Creative Malmö

Creative Malmö is a project that we ran during the spring and autumn of 2010. The objective of the project was to document and capture the creative development prospering in the Western Harbour (Västra Hamnen) while it is in progress. The idea was to create a kind of time-document for posterity and capture reactions from different perspectives during the development of the district.

The project was started by the journalist Lotta Solding and the project owner was the City of Malmö. We took part in the project together with Region Skåne, MEDEA and Scandvision. Intially, the intention was that the final product would be a book but after much careful thought, we decided to make short films – available to everyone.
